Pickup from the yard

Pickup is available Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (closed weekends) from 412/418 Liverpool Rd, Kilsyth VIC 3137. Bring your order confirmation. Loading assistance available — please let staff know on arrival.

Local delivery

We deliver across Melbourne's east using three vehicles: Hilux ute, small truck and 14-tonne crane truck. Delivery cost depends on suburb, vehicle required and access. We will confirm cost before despatch.

Returns

See Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions for the full returns policy. In short: unused full-length stock items in original condition can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom milled, cut to length and special order timber is not returnable.

Faulty or damaged goods

Inspect on delivery and note any shortage or damage on the delivery docket. Contact us within 24 hours on (03) 9762 3899. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
