A Kilsyth yard, built on the trade since 1994.

Established in 1994, Mountain Timbers has proudly served builders, tradespeople and homeowners across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Originally operating as Shields Timbers many years earlier, the business has built a long-standing reputation for friendly service, trusted advice and strong relationships with its customers.

Today, Mountain Timbers is proudly owned by Jarrad Peters and Chris Shambrook, who bring more than 40 years of combined industry experience. While the timber industry has evolved over the years, one thing has remained constant — our commitment to exceptional customer service.

We know quality products are important, but what truly sets us apart is the way we look after our customers. Whether you're a professional builder, a local tradie or tackling a project at home, our experienced team is here to provide practical advice, reliable service and the support you need to get the job done.

At Mountain Timbers, we're proud of our history, passionate about service, and committed to helping build our community for many years to come.
